This Policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, or refunds applicable to industrial buyers, institutional customers, distributors, and project-based partners.
It is framed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and standard commercial practices.
2. Nature of Business
Promagic Extrusions is a manufacturer and supplier of polymer-based electrical, telecom, infrastructure, and industrial piping solutions, including DWC pipes, PLB ducts, conduits, irrigation pipes, and custom extruded profiles.
All inquiries received through this Website are processed manually through our sales and technical teams.
Each order is custom-handled, with mutually agreed terms for specifications, quantity, quality standards, pricing, and delivery timelines.
3. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
• Orders, quotations, or supply contracts are confirmed only after written approval, purchase order acceptance, or advance payment confirmation (if applicable).
• Product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines communicated in writing form part of the contractual understanding between Promagic Extrusions and the customer.
• Once confirmed, orders enter the production or dispatch cycle and cannot be unilaterally cancelled without written approval.
4. Order Cancellation
• Cancellation requests will be considered only before production begins or before dispatch.
• If a cancellation is approved, administrative, processing, or material-handling deductions may apply depending on order stage.
• Orders already processed, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Custom or made-to-specification products are non-cancellable once production has started.
5. Return Policy
As products are manufactured according to agreed specifications and quality standards, returns are generally not accepted after delivery unless:
• The product supplied does not match agreed technical specifications, or
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect acknowledged by Promagic Extrusions.
In such cases:
• The buyer must notify us within 7 working days of receipt with complete details, photos, or inspection reports.
• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Promagic Extrusions will review the claim and, if validated, arrange replacement or corrective action at its discretion.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under specific conditions, such as:
• Order cancellation approved before production begins.
• Duplicate or excess payments verified by our accounts team.
• Returns approved due to confirmed quality discrepancies.
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or the original payment method within 10–15 working days, after internal verification.
7. Inspection and Verification
All products undergo internal quality checks as per applicable BIS, ISO, or in-house standards.
If a dispute arises, both parties may mutually appoint a certified testing agency (such as CIPET or other accredited third-party laboratories) to verify compliance before considering returns, replacements, or refunds.
8. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not apply to:
• Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, storage issues, or site conditions.
• Materials partially used (e.g., pipes, ducts, or rolls cut to size).
• Delayed usage leading to weathering or contamination.
• Custom-manufactured or special-dimension products.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or permissible dimensional tolerances.
9. Delivery and Responsibility
• Once products are inspected and handed over to authorised transporters, responsibility transfers to the buyer as per dispatch terms.
• Transit damage or delays must be reported directly to the transporter, though Promagic Extrusions will support with necessary documentation.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Inspecting delivered goods immediately for visible damage or discrepancies.
• Notifying any quality or specification issues within 7 days of receipt.
• Ensuring safe unloading, handling, and storage as per recommended practices.
• Providing accurate order and delivery details to avoid delays or misdelivery.
11. Force Majeure
Promagic Extrusions shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural events, strikes, transport disruptions, raw material shortages, or government restrictions.
12. Policy Revisions and Exceptions
This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations, business operations, or quality practices.
Any exceptions to this Policy must be approved in writing by authorised management personnel of Promagic Extrusions.
